Chocxo Coffee and Cacao Coffee Shop in Costa Mesa, CA. at 1534 Adams Avenue, suite A, just opened last Tuesday so I stopped by for my first look inside their attractive cafe and was not disappointed. First off I was offered a free sample of milk chocolate and samples of their medium and light roast coffees. I actually preferred the medium roast and the helpful staff let me in on the fact that the darker the roast the richer the flavor and the lower the caffeine content. Next I sampled their chocolate ganache which comes in 3 types: 1) white 2) single source and 3) dark. My sample was of the single source chocolate and I asked if they could make it into something for me which they did and since a picture's worth a thousand words I'll let you feast your eyes on the artistry that pervades every element of this incredible coffee bar that's destined to impress for both quality and flavor.
